Terms of use

1. Who we are

Haulo (haulo.deals) is operated by Noja Ventures LLC, a company licensed in the Sharjah Media City free zone (Shams), licence number 2644471.01 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@haulo.deals.

2. What the service does

Haulo is a savings service, available as this website and, once released, as an app. It helps shoppers find discount codes and offers from third-party stores, compare prices across stores and keep their savings in one place.

We do not sell goods or services. When you buy from a store, you buy from that store, under its terms. Prices and offers shown are the ones we last saw and can change at any time. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Haulo is independent and is not owned by, or endorsed by, any store.

3. How we earn money

When you tap an offer, you may go through a tracking link. If you buy, the store or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. Your price does not change.

Offers are ranked by the saving they give you: offers we have verified recently come first, then the biggest saving. Commissions play no part in the order. Sponsored slots are paid placements; they are always labelled “Sponsored” and kept separate from the ranked offers. More detail is on our Affiliate disclosure page.

4. Codes and offers

We test codes and show the time of the last test. We cannot guarantee that a code will work or that an offer is still available. Stores can change or withdraw offers without notice, and the store confirms the final price at checkout. We are not liable for a code that has expired or that a store refuses.

5. Ask (AI search)

Where the app offers Ask, it uses software, including artificial intelligence, to read your question and write a short summary. Prices and totals come from store data we hold and are estimates until you check out. Do not rely on Ask for medical, legal or financial decisions.

6. Waitlist and accounts

You can use this website without an account. If you join the app waitlist, we will email you once when the app is ready, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You must be 18 or older to use Haulo. If the app offers accounts, you are responsible for what happens on yours.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use bots or scripts to overload the service, create fake accounts or waitlist entries, submit false ratings or reports, copy our data in bulk, interfere with the service, or break the law.

8. Intellectual property

The website, the app, the brand and our content are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Store names and logos belong to their owners.

9. Our liability

We provide the service “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits, for the acts of stores or partners, or for loss from relying on a code, price or summary. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy policy).

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This does not remove any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

12. Language

These terms are published in English and Arabic and are meant to say the same thing. If you notice a difference, tell us at hello@haulo.deals and we will correct it.
